$POET Just reminding some big bag holders that Poet Technologies has more working through the process with strong patents “Ferroelectric-Based Pockels Photonic Memory" (Nature Communications, Sept 2025 – DOI: 10.1038/s41467-025-63850-z) Co-Authors: Suresh Venkatesan (CEO, POET Technologies) and James Yong-Meng Lee (POET Technologies, Singapore), alongside researchers from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and the SHINE Center. The Breakthrough: Integrates ferroelectric crystals (Hafnium Zirconium Oxide / HZO) with Thin-Film Lithium Niobate (TFLN) on a micro-ring resonator to create a non-volatile "photonic memory pixel." Capabilities: * Achieves 6 non-volatile optical memory states per transistor. Ultra-low switching energy (femtoJoules per state). 10-year data retention without power, solving the critical AI "memory wall." Extremely Bullish!

$POET Why the DenseLight move signals upcoming contracts: LITEON is already a major supplier of power management and related hardware into AI/hyperscale data centers. Securing an in-house InP laser source (via the ~21% stake and board seat in DenseLight) is classic vertical integration to support higher-speed optical engines and modules. LITEON is a ~US$5+ billion-revenue company that is aggressively pivoting toward AI infrastructure. The size of its existing data-center business and the capital it is putting into DenseLight make it reasonable to expect it is positioning for meaningful optical-module volume, which would flow through to partners such as POET if the joint development succeeds. Just keeps looking better.

$POET I'm curious how the shareholders, both US, Canadian and others view a potential redomicile to the USA. Are you for or agains?. If against, please state why. Ultimately I believe it will happen and I believe once they iron out the details we will here more. Its not a quick and easy process. Likely 3-9 months and if I had to guess aiming for January 1st would make sense. If it does end up requiring a shareholder vote, I would vote yes.

$POET @abbzia786 appreciate your posts. Hope this time the way overbought chart will finally reverse into a new uptrend, which it certainly should (from a technical standpoint). There has been a former poster here, quite some time ago, and he used to also analyze the Fibonacci Waves. He was right in the mark, that the last wave would bring us to 26 USD and it did. I would love if someone with knowledge of the Fibonacci waves would look into our gem and provide an analysis.

$POET @Murrayj1 I think you may have mixed up the relationships just a little but I can’t help but wonder if POET’s $30M loan to that unnamed company in January was actually to DenseLight. The structure fits. Three tranches starting Jan 2026 6% interest, repayable on a Liquidity Event or in 5 years, with POET holding the right to convert into equity. Then in late July LITEON steps in with $34.3M for 21% and a board seat in the same company. If both are true, POET and LITEON would be supporting the same InP laser/gain-chip supplier and POET with a convertible loan for Blazar and specialized light sources, LITEON with equity for its module business. Just speculation but would be a good way to lock in additional critical laser supply ahead of the ramp. Keep in mind LiteOn has it's own modules that will need laser and chip gain benefits. When Liteon gets Poets interposer it will already have laser tech built in after leaving Nationgate or Globetronics. I'd like to hear more about the $30 loan.

$POET from a technical perspective this is what I see on the weekly. We have a morning star or an indecision candle and I would love to see the stock close above $ 7.55 by the end of the week which would be great for a reversal or the most optimal scenario.. on the daily, it looks good with clear risk to reward as it has broken out of the falling wedge - awaiting volume/news/something. Not financial advice. on the fundamental side there’s a lot more people that offer some great feedback here and their technology is amazing in terms of what it can do to release the bottleneck that AI centers are facing. It’s just a matter execution or a step towards execution as others have said.

$POET this is good snapshot on the current state of luxshare. Key points: Optical communications is meant to be the main future growth driver of the company, and theg are pursuing an IPO, so tbey should be incentivized to show progress on the front. They do not have 1.6Tb capabilities in house, they are relying on external partners (hopefully POET). 1.6Tb modules currently in the customer validation phase https://finance.biggo.com/news/28124d9b-c8fd-4cda-a692-8f8e550db87a

$POET Well, it's Sunday, so I'll give this one a go: Investing in POET is like when your Dad is out of town and your Mom invites another guy over to the house. 'This is Uncle Mike.' 'Uh, okay...'

$POET Looking forward to next week ER and as the Co stated it will be capable to ramp up 30.000+ units of production in 2026 and by YE27 to 1m units per month, we can easily expect an execution of at least 2.500 units or 1.5m of revenue this qtr Q2/2026. EPS are meaningless for now and beyond 2027. Only starting end Q3 or Q4/2027 when Poet will generate sufficient CF to cover monthly burnrates of ca 15m monthly (assume 50+ staff onboardings). If the production proves the execution, we will bury the story era and officially transit into the serious semiconductor production competitor. Let us hope the 50m investment in Penang manufactory will save us all.

$POET I got one more: Inversting in POET is like when a girl says she loves you, but is not 'in love with you'. What?!
