$IOVA Just got this from my cousin in South Dakota. She never communicated her husband of 2-3 years had melanoma or would have told them about Amtagvi. I just did but it’s too late. We’ll see this more of this if Craplimune is approved IMO. Arnold is battling cancer. They just put him in hospice on Monday. He has Melanoma. The immunotherapy isn’t working. So they can’t do anything more for him. 😥

$REPL $IOVA Based on what I've read, I think there is a good possibility that the FDA notifies REPL of it's decision today (maybe already has done so?) ... and it's up to REPL to put out a PR. If a positive decision for REPL, I'd think they release the news ASAP. If not so positive, they probably need to take some time spinning the result in a not-too-damaging PR.

$IOVA the only downside to having a long durable response is that it takes forever to get the data!

$IOVA is still an interesting name to keep on the radar. Big pharma needs new growth engines, and Iovance’s cell therapy platform gives it a unique angle. A buyout is never guaranteed, but the story gets more interesting if the next data points continue to move in the right direction. The timing matters here. The company still has to prove execution, expand adoption, and move closer to profitability. If they can do that, the value discussion could look very different down the road.

$IOVA The REPL news is a win-win situation. I freed up some money for tomorrow, the only question is whether I'm buying IOVA at $3.X or $6.

$IOVA FDA PDUFA are federal requirements and doesn't take into account any weekend or holidays. So, FDA generally provide a response beforehand. Note that FDA is only required to provide decisions on 90% applications within the limit. So, it is possible that they will take more time on this one.
