$CMPS I think the biggest short-term risk is what ends up being in the proxy statement for the $ATAI sale. In it, we’ll see ATAI/Lilly’s justification for why $2.8-$3.8BN was a fair price for the company. If the low (IMO) valuation is based on a persuasive argument that there’s a much more limited market for TRD psychedelics than we’re considering or significant concerns about reimbursements, that could hurt this stock until we prove otherwise.
