Yeah weve got around a year until the oil mess is cleaned up. However that means its just temporary, markets dont price stocks on temporary. Hence why the market never reacts massively to SMCI bullish news. I mean prelims should have sent the stock to $60 on news that bears are claiming is temporary. Yet here we are at $28. So why care about temporary oil news, if the market obviously doesnt react the same for other things? Pipelines being built as we speak to avoid even shipping from Hormusz, Irans military strength is much less than the US, and EU is on the sidelines with diplomacy because theyd rather a peaceful solution if possible. However if Iran goes ahead and bombs these pipelines as bears state, then realistically what will the EU do? Sit back and let Iran control oil further?
